CNC milling is a machining process, which uses computer-controlled and rotating multi-point cutting tools to gradually remove materials from the workpiece and produce customized parts or products. Milling is a machining process that uses a rotating tool to remove material by pushing the tool into the workpiece. This can be done by changing the direction, cutter head speed and pressure on one or more axes. The CNC milling process begins with the creation of a 3D CAD model of the desired part geometry, which is then converted into a computer program (G code) using CAM software. The computer program will automatically perform the operation of the cutting tool to create the part you want.
CNC turning is a high-tech processing method of precision hardware parts. In CNC turning, chucks (or special jigs) fix the material rods, and when they rotate, the tools are fed into the workpiece to remove the material to form a specific shape. A turret equipped with a set of tools is programmed to move along the workpiece on three different motion axes to shape the material according to the specified specifications.
CNC lathe can also process some complex rotating surfaces, such as double surfaces. Multiple axes can be added as required: c-axis lathe, 3-axis lathe, 2-axis lathe, 5-axis CNC lathe and 4-axis CNC lathe.
Turning is mainly used to manufacture cylindrical parts. It can be done outside or inside the workpiece, which is called boring. The process can also be used to perform a variety of other operations, including: 1. Slotting: notching or forming a narrow cavity on the workpiece. 2. Taper turning: creates a tapered diameter in a cylindrical shape. 3. Drilling: to produce round holes, usually for screws and bolts. 4. End face: the plane perpendicular to the axis of the milling cutter. 5. Separation: separating one part of a workpiece from another. 6. Knurling: create vertical, horizontal or cross lines on the workpiece. 7. Thread: make a groove that can be screwed into other objects.
Products are suitable for automobile manufacturing, industrial machinery manufacturing, transportation industry, instrumentation manufacturing and other industries.
