什么是数控车削?
CNC车削是一种精密五金零件的高科技加工方式。在 CNC 车削中,卡盘(或专用夹具)固定材料棒,当它们旋转时,工具被送入工件以去除材料以形成特定形状。一个装有一组工具的炮塔被编程为沿着工件在三个不同的运动轴上移动,以根据指定的规格对材料进行成型。
数控车床还可以加工一些复杂的旋转曲面,如双曲面。 可根据需求增加多轴:c轴车床、3轴车床、2轴车床、5轴数控车床、4轴数控车床。
车削主要用于制造圆柱形零件。它可以在工件的外部或内部完成,这称为镗孔。该过程还可用于执行各种其他操作,包括:
开槽:在工件上切槽或形成狭窄的空腔。
锥度车削:在圆柱形状中创建逐渐减小的直径。
钻孔:产生圆孔,通常用于螺钉和螺栓。
端面:切削垂直于铣刀轴线的平面。
分离:将工件的一部分与另一部分分开。
滚花:在工件上创建垂直、水平或交叉线。
螺纹:制造可以拧入其他物体的凹槽。
数控车削的优势
1、自动化程度高:数控系统进行控制,根据加工工艺进行编程,能够一次完成多道工序。机床配备液压卡盘、液压尾座和机械臂进行自动上下料/加工,大大节省人工,提高生产效率。
2、排屑方便:选配倾斜床身,铁屑自然落入集屑箱内,可通过链板输送机进行排屑。
3、安全性好:车体采用全封闭或半封闭防护装置,防止加工后的产品飞溅杂物,减少对工作人员的伤害。
4、工作高速:主轴额定转速为 1600 至 4500 R.p.m。高效率高产出,保证按时甚至提前出货。
5、准确性:CNC车削通过将 CAD 或 CAM 文件整合到加工中,机器执行严格的测量并消除自然人为错误的浪费。每次切割都是完美的,保证在生产同一产品的批量订单时,所有部件都是一样的。
